The opening fee

Moon publishes a 1% opening fee calculated on your wager, rather than leveraged exposure. A $100 stake means a $1 opening fee, whether the multiplier is 1x or 10x.

The performance fee

Profitable closes may incur a performance fee, with a published minimum of 10% of realized profit. Check the applicable rate in the platform. Losing bets have no performance fee; the opening fee and loss still apply.

An estimate before settlement

Moon says displayed profit or loss includes estimated closing execution based on liquidity and applicable performance fees. Prices can change between viewing and execution. Review the current wager summary and fee menu. Our calculator illustrates the opening fee only, not your final payout.

Moonbase is independent and is not operated by Moon. Wagering involves risk and you can lose your entire stake.
