Moon requires residence in a supported country or region. Confirm availability and terms before registering with your email, a secure password and basic account information.
Complete separate checks
Verify your email using Moon’s code. Check spam if it does not arrive. Identity verification, called KYC, can require government-issued ID and proof of address.
KYC must be submitted before depositing. Approval is required before withdrawing. Verification timing varies with demand and document quality.
Understand the funding route
Moon’s setup guide currently describes cryptocurrency deposits only. Follow your account’s instructions and match both the asset and network. Do not assume every network is supported.
